AKD Photography is not responsible for any parking tickets, fines, or violations incurred by clients or their guests during the photo session and will not cover or reimburse any related costs. A non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your session date; bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Failure to submit the deposit allows AKD Photography to keep the date open for other potential clients. Additionally, all session fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a client is dissatisfied with their digital gallery or final images, AKD Photography is not liable and will not issue a refund or reimbursement.
